Rehabilitation Support Services (RSS) operates 27MarketStreet.com which presents a one-sided argument to support the proposed RSS project on Market Street. In the ‘News’ section of 27MarketStreet.com, RSS does not include the unfavorable media reports. RSS also fails to indicate that they are engaging in censorship as they filter out the media reports that they determine are not supportive of their proposed project.
